I'm not sure which level to choose?
We are happy to come do an in person estimate and let you know. It also gives you an opportunity to ask answer any other questions you might have.
How do I pay?
Each month we will deduct your payment from the credit or debit card or your choice. You can choose to pay for the year in full and lock in all the same benefits and discounts.
What does the membership include?
You will get one professional carpet cleaning appointment per year. You can add on any of the additional discounted services to the same appointment or use them at a different point in the year.
The Platinum level plan includes one staircase at no additional cost and is cleaned at the annual cleaning
The Bronze, Silver and Gold level may opt to add a stair case at each cleaning for $44, or as an add-on to the base membership for only $3.60 a month and it becomes a part of the full cleaning.
Any plan may add a deluxe pet package to the membership for $5.30 per month.
Can I add services later?
Yes! You can add additional services the day we come (48 hours advance notice required) and pay the same day).
You can also add them into your monthly payments at a discounted rate if you know you'll want the add-on service regularly.
If you would like to add an ongoing service to your club membership, we can easily updated your monthly withdrawal at your exclusive member pricing.
What if I move?
We can come do an in person estimate at the new home and update your membership for the new space you are in.
You are always in total control of how much you want us to clean so we'll give you all the options available and you decide.
What if I need to reschedule?
We ask for a minimum of 7 days notice to reschedule but we do understand that life happens. Just let us know and we'll do our best to find the next best time for you.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel the program at anytime. Notice must be given 7 days in advance of the next payment to guarantee a cancellation before the next billing cycle.
