Our world has changed a lot over the last year. 2021 is full of high hopes that we can start to enjoy more time together in groups and so many other things that we didn't realize we were so grateful to have at our fingertips.
As the new owners we wanted to make sure to share our commitments to you in regards to COVID-19 policies and procedures. Many times we are cleaning vacant residences, or on floors separate from anyone. With all the uncertainty and changing government policies, we felt it important to share what you can expect of us in the current season.

* Personal Protective Equipment and Social Distancing: Your carpet technician will be wearing personal protective equipment (i.e., disposable gloves, shoe covers and masks when appropriate). They will be regularly washing hands and are asked to minimize physical interactions and maintain appropriate social distancing. Additionally, customers may call in to pay with a credit card rather than pay via the tablet computer, minimizing contact.
