How long does the steam cleaning process take?
The average appointment time is 1.5 hours to 3.5 hours. This includes the walkthrough to take measurements, answer your questions, setup, clean and breakdown.
How long does it take to dry?
When carpet is steam cleaned professionally, it can take 6-24 hours to dry. It's a big window because there are different things that affect how long, including the weather, carpet fiber thickness and airflow in the room. Running your central air, ceiling fan or a box fan to keep air moving in the room will help carpet dry quicker
Do I need to move my furniture?
For the most part, your furniture is protecting the carpet underneath. If you are changing the layout of your room or getting new furniture that is a different size it's a good idea to move it. If not there's no need to create more work for yourself. One exception to this is if you have a pet you know peed underneath something.
