Service Description

We will come do an in person estimate of the carpets in your facility and evaluate your unique situation. The more carpet we clean the lower the price. Encapsulation cleaning: Under 1000 sq. feet starts at $.38/ square foot Over 1100 sq. ft starts at $.35/ sq. ft Over 2500 starts at $.32/ sq. ft Over 5,000 sq. feet starts at $.25 / sq ft. Truck Mount cleaning starts at $.45 per square foot and typically only recommended in certain commercial environments. It's also usually only recommended, if needed, for the initial clean and to be followed up with regular encapsulation cleaning (quarterly/ semi-annually)
