Your cleaning appointment includes: - Walk-through visual inspection (areas are defined as one room or space under 150 sq. ft.; hallways count as one area, and stairs also count as one area) - Pre-treatment application - Spot treatment as needed - Hot water extraction (steam cleaning) - Extra dry stroke to reduce dry time Additional Options: - Extra areas beyond package: $55 each - Pet treatment $20 per area - Heavy soiling/staining: $25 per area Important Details: Fuel charge of $35 added for locations further than 15 miles outside zip code 97124 (Hillsboro, OR).
