What is carpet steam cleaning?
Hot water extraction is a process that uses a machine called a Truck Mount. This machine is typically pretty large and "mounted" or installed in a vehicle, like a cargo van. After the technician applies a Pre-spray (the earth friendly product that adheres to all the stuff we want cleaned from the carpet) the machine heats up the water to around 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
That water then gets pushed at high pressure through hoses to a "wand" the technician uses to clean the carpet.
At the same time the water is coming out at high pressure, there is a vacuum hose in the wand that is sucking up, or extracting" the water, dirt, allergens etc. When done correctly, the carpet will be damp and not wet. It removes all the stuff you want cleaned and doesn't leave a ton of product behind that will leave your floor feeling crunchy or stiff.

We do however offer package pricing when you book online at a discount.
If there are pet urine stains and odor or it's been more than 2 years since the last cleaning it's likely what is considered "heavy soiling" and will be a bit more.
